Trusted London Builders – Loft Conversions, Extensions & Renovations
Flint Building Solutions is a team of professional building tradesmen, all with an eye for detail and a passion for quality.
Covering mainly the north and central London areas, we offer a range of building services for both residential and commercial clients, including home and office extensions, loft conversions, kitchen and bathroom installation, soundproofing, stretch ceiling installation, carpentry, plastering, tiling, painting and decorating and landscaping.
We work across north London, Enfield, Barnet and Hertfordshire on projects of every size. Our team takes on loft conversions, house extensions, roof repairs and re-roofing, kitchen fitting and bathroom installation — from first drawings through to Building Control sign-off. Every job is run by the same people who quote it, so you always know who is on site and who to call.
How we work
Every project starts with a free site visit. We look at the job, talk through what you want and what is realistic, and send you a written quote with the work broken down — so you can see what you are paying for. Once you are happy, we agree a start date and a programme, and we stick to it. The same people who quote your job are the people who run it, so you are never passed down a chain.
Where we work
We are based in Waltham Cross and work across north London and Hertfordshire — Enfield, Cheshunt, Barnet, Edmonton, Tottenham, Waltham Abbey, Broxbourne, Hertford and the surrounding areas, as well as central London for larger projects.
Why homeowners choose us
Flint Building Solutions has been building and renovating London homes since 2012. We are rated 5 out of 5 on Google. Most of our work comes from recommendations — from clients who had us back for a second project, or passed our number to a neighbour. That is the part of the business we are proudest of, and the reason we would rather do one job properly than three in a hurry.
Call 07871 334122 to talk it through, or send us a few details and we will come and look. Monday to Friday 8am–6pm, Saturday 8am–2pm.
